基于变形能理论的黏弹性悬架阻尼参数优化

摘要 为研究黏弹性悬架参数阻尼特性,针对黏弹性悬架非线性突出、优化模型构建难和优化目标单一等问题,基于变形能理论以结构损耗因子和刚度参数2个综合指标为优化目标,以材料损耗因子及其相关机械-阻尼参数为约束条件,可建立推土机黏弹性悬架阻尼特性的多目标数学优化模型。对该模型采用基于序值与拥挤度的拟态物理学多目标优化算法进行求解;对结构损耗因子、刚度参数、材料损耗因子关于阻尼层厚度的变化规律进行分析。研究结果表明:结构损耗因子单目标优化值为0.128,多目标优化后最大值为0.233,平均值为0.156,较单目标优化结果明显提高,多目标优化模型可更合理反映结构损耗因子、材料损耗因子、刚度参数、剪切参数间的耦合关系。多目标优化模型设计与参数变化规律的分析可为黏弹性悬架的参数优化提供理论支撑。 To study the damping characteristics of viscoelastic suspension parameters,aiming at the problems such as prominent nonlinearity of viscoelastic suspension,difficult optimization model construction and single optimization objective,two comprehensive indexes of structural loss factor and stiffness parameter were established based on deformation energy theory.A multi-objective mathematical optimization model for damping characteristics of viscoelastic suspension of bulldozer was proposed with material loss factor and other mechanical damping parameters as constraints.The model was solved by artificial physics multi-objective optimization algorithm based on order value and crowding degree.The variation law of structure loss factor,stiffness parameter and material loss factor on damping layer thickness is analyzed.The results show that the single-objective optimization value of structural loss factor is 0.128,the maximum value of multi-objective optimization is 0.233,and the average value is 0.156,which is significantly higher than the single-objective optimization result.The multi-objective optimization model can reflect the coupling relationship among structural loss factor,material loss factor,stiffness parameter and shear parameter more reasonably.The design of multi-objective optimization model and analysis of parameter variation can provide theoretical support for parameter optimization of viscoelastic suspension.
