摘要 目的利用GE6000型全自动阴道分泌物分析仪检测阴道分泌物并讨论其临床应用。方法对入组患者的阴道分泌物样本分别用全自动阴道分泌物分析仪GE6000和革兰氏染色人工镜检两种方法进行上皮细胞、白细胞、芽生孢子、菌丝、滴虫、线索细胞、清洁度、AV评分等项目检验并比对结果。结果GE6000型全自动阴道分泌物分析仪与人工镜检芽孢、菌丝、滴虫和线索细胞的检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),上皮细胞、白细胞、线索细胞、芽生孢子、菌丝、滴虫、清洁度、AV评分等项目总体符合率大于93%,一致性优秀(kappa≥0.83)与人工镜检结果的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),携带污染率验证良好,重复性验证良好。结论GE6000型全自动阴道分泌物分析仪在进行阴道分泌物检查中具有良好的性能,可为临床提供准确可靠结果。 Objective To detect vaginal discharge by GE6000 fully automated vaginal discharge analyzer and to evaluate its clinical applications.Methods Vaginal discharge samples from the enrolled patients were examined by a fully automated vaginal discharge analyzer GE6000 and manual microscopic examination with Gram stain.The results on the items of epithelial cells,white blood cells,blastospores,hyphae,trichomonas,clue cells,cleanliness and AV score were compared.Results There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the detection rates of Bacillus,hyphae,trichomonas and clue cells using manual microscopic examination and GE6000 fully automated vaginal discharge analyzer.The overall compliance and consistency of the items including epithelial cells,leukocytes,clue cells,blastospores,hyphae,trichomonas,cleanliness and AV score were acceptable,while overall compliance rate was greater than 93%(kappa≥0.83),with insignificant difference with the results of manual microscopic examination(P>0.05).Additionally,the contamination carryover rate was well verified,and the repeatability was well validated as well.Conclusion GE6000 fully automated vaginal discharge analyzer displays a good performance for the examination of vaginal secretions and can provide accurate and reliable results in clinical applications.
