摘要
骨肉瘤在原发性骨恶性肿瘤里最常见,主要来源于原始间充质细胞,好发人群为儿童和青少年,常发生肺转移,对患者的健康与生命造成严重威胁。近些年对于骨肉瘤治疗的效果较前已经有了显著提高,5年生存率由70年代的20%上升到现在的60%~80%,骨肉瘤的治疗进展主要集中在免疫治疗及光疗等领域,其他各方面治疗也更加精准、高效,本文就骨肉瘤的治疗进行简要综述,内容主要涵盖手术、化疗、放疗、免疫、光热及疼痛管理等方向,以期在为骨肉瘤的治疗研究提供更多参考。
Osteosarcoma is the most common primary malignant bone tumor,mainly derived from primitive mesenchymal cells.The predilection population of this type of tumor is children and adolescents,and lung metastasis often occurs,which poses a serious threat to the health and life quality of patients.In recent years,the effect of osteosarcoma treatment has been significantly improved.The 5-year survival rate has increased from 20%from the 1970 s to current 60%-80%.The treatment progress of osteosarcoma is mainly focused on immunotherapy and phototherapy.In the field,other aspects of treatment are also becoming more accurate and efficient.This article briefly reviews the treatment strategy of osteosarcoma,covering surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,immune,photothermal and pain management,in order to provide more references for the treatment of osteosarcoma.
