摘要
目的分析在神经外科护士工作中采用细节优化管理的效果。方法选取2020年8月—2022年3月湖北宜昌秭归县人民医院神经外科的13名护士进行分析,2020年8月—2021年6月为管理前,2021年7月—2022年3月为管理后。管理前采取传统管理模式,管理后基于管理前进行细节优化管理。经过为期3个月的管理后,比较管理前、管理后护士的工作效能感、工作幸福感、职业倦怠感以及自我工作积极性情况。结果细节优化管理后护士的工作效能感得分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细节优化管理后护士工作幸福感社会参与能力、躯体感觉及生活满足感等评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且细节优化管理后护士职业倦怠感评分显著低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细节优化管理后护士的自我工作积极性明显高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节优化管理措施能有效提高神经外科护士的工作效能感和工作幸福感,使护士职业倦怠感明显减轻,促使护士的工作积极性得到进一步提高。
Objective To analyze the effect of using detail-optimized management in the work of neurosurgical nurses.Methods 13 nurses of neurosurgery department of Zigui County People's Hospital from August 2020 to March 2022 were selected for analysis.August 2020 to June 2021 was before management,July 2021 to March 2022 was after management.Before management,the traditional management mode was adopted,and after management,the detail optimization management was carried out based on before management.After a 3 month management period,the nurses'sense of work efficacy,work happiness,burnout and self-work motivation were compared before and after the management.Results Nurses'work efficacy scores were higher after detail-optimized management than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nurses'work well-being social participation ability,somatic sensation and life satisfaction were higher after detail-optimized management than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nurses'burnout scores were significantly lower after detail-optimized management than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-work motivation of nurses after detail-optimized management was significantly higher than that before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detail-optimized management measures can effectively improve the work efficacy and work well-being of neurosurgery nurses,make nurses'burnout significantly reduced,and prompt nurses'work motivation to be further improved.
