摘要
针对船体表面射流清洗效率亟待提升这一问题,文章进行了风琴管式空化喷嘴射流冲击特性影响的研究。采用数值模拟与实验研究相结合的研究方法,分析了不同工作压力与靶距下的空化水射流时空演变规律,对空泡云的发展过程进行了深入阐释,揭示了变工况条件下风琴管喷嘴的冲击破坏特性。研究结果对选择合理的工作参数、降低船舶清洗过程的能量消耗和提高工作效率具有指导意义。
In order to improve the efficiency of jet cleaning on the hull surface, the influence of jet impingement characteristics on the cavitation nozzle is studied. The spatial and temporal evolution of cavitating water jet under different working pressure and target distance is analyzed by numerical simulation and experimental research. The impact failure characteristics of organ pipe nozzle under variable working conditions are revealed. The research results have guiding significance for selecting reasonable working parameters,reducing energy consumption and improving the working efficiency in ship cleaning process.
