基于数字孪生的柴油机故障诊断系统研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对目前数字孪生技术在船用发动机领域应用实践不足的问题,以某型船用柴油机为研究对象,在NI LabVIEW软件平台下构建了由孪生模型、信息感知与传输模块和服务应用软件组成的数字孪生系统。其中数字孪生模型包含基于MATLAB/Simulink软件的运行参数的推演模块和基于Python的柴油机状态识别模块;信息感知与传输模块获取实体柴油机的工况信息、热力参数和缸盖振动特征参数,并将其传输给孪生模型;服务应用软件根据获取的信息,调用孪生模型分析发动机状态,诊断燃烧室部件故障。最后,通过模拟柴油机燃烧室部件易出现的几种故障,验证了该系统满足数字孪生技术的精度和实时性要求,可为柴油机数字孪生提供技术参考,服务于柴油机的远程智能运维系统。 Aiming at the problems of insufficient application of digital twin in the field of marine diesel engines,taking a marine diesel engine as the research object, a digital twin system consisting of digital twin model, information transmission module and service application software is constructed under NI LabVIEW software platform.The digital twin model includes an operation parameter deduction module based on MATLAB/Simulink software,and a state recognition module for combustion chamber components based on Python. The information perception and transmission module obtains the working condition information, thermal parameters and cylinder head vibration characteristic parameters of the physical diesel engine and transmitted them to the digital twin model The service application software calls the twin model to analyze the engine status and diagnose the failure of the combustion chamber components according to the acquired information. Finally, by simulating several faults that are prone to occur in the combustion chamber components of diesel engines, it is verified that the system meets the accuracy and real-time requirements of digital twin technology, which can provide technical references for digital twin of diesel engines and serve the remote intelligent operation and maintenance system of diesel engines.
