摘要
在房地产项目开发过程中,成本管理和控制是十分重要的一项内容。本文针对房地产开发项目的全过程成本控制进行分析,介绍了房地产开发项目全过程成本控制的基本概念,探讨了房地产开发项目的全过程成本构成,并提出具体的优化措施,希望能够为相关工作人员提供一些参考和借鉴。
In the process of real estate project development, cost management and control is a very important content. In order to analyze the whole process cost control of the real estate development projects, this paper first introduces the basic concepts of the whole process cost control for the real estate development project, probes into the composition of the whole process cost of the real estate development project, and advances some concrete optimization measures, which could provide some reference for relevant personnel.
