摘要
无人值班是水电厂值班方式发展的高阶阶段,建立在设备安全可靠运行、人员一专多能的基础上,而不是简单地将运行人员从厂内撤出。为了优化运行人力资源,减少无人值班运行人工成本的投入,通过探索新的运行工作机制,发挥运维合一模式的特点,优化工作票、操作票、应急值守、设备巡检执行策略,使运行维护人员分工更加合理,同时普及运维人员轮岗、运行仿真系统培训等新方式,最终实现无人值班电厂运行人员岗位精简而素质达标。
Unattended operation is a high-level stage in the development of the mode of hydropower plant duty,which is based on the safe and reliable operation of equipment and the versatility of personnel rather than simply withdrawing operators from the plant. In order to optimize the operation of human resources and reduce the investment of labor costs for unattended operation, this paper explores a new operation mechanism, exerts the characteristics of operation and maintenance in one mode, and optimizes the implementation strategies of work ticket, operation ticket, emergency duty and equipment patrol inspection. It makes the division of operation and maintenance personnel more reasonable, popularizes new methods such as rotation of operation and maintenance personnel, training of operation simulation system and so on, and finally realizes the simplified posts and quality standards of operators of unattended power plants.
