摘要
该工程渡槽是新疆单跨最长的过水建筑物,为了更好反应大型渡槽真实受力状态,采用大型三维有限元软件建立渡槽的三维模型,计算渡槽在最不利工况时内侧墙、底板、支座的拉应力、弯矩、轴力分布情况,按照规范要求进行限裂设计并通过应力、轴力、弯矩对渡槽结构进行配筋。结果表明:渡槽结构应力略大于混凝土允许应力但满足限裂要求。目前工程已经建成通水,运行良好。
The aqueduct of this project is the longest overflow structure with single span in Xinjiang. In order to better reflect the real stress state of large-scale aqueduct, a three-dimensional model of the aqueduct is established by using large-scale three-dimensional finite element software, and the distribution of tensile stress, bending moment and axial force of inner wall, bottom plate and support of the aqueduct under the most unfavorable conditions is calculated. Crack limit design is carried out according to the requirements of the code and reinforcement of the aqueduct structure is carried out by means of stress, axial force and bending moment. The results show that the structural stress of the aqueduct is slightly higher than the allowable stress of concrete but meets the crack limit requirements. At present, the project has been completed and operated well.
