摘要
磁悬浮控制技术可以将物体悬浮在特定高度,原理是利用电磁力使物体受力平衡,使物体间无机械摩擦,节省能耗,从而实现某些特定的工艺要求。磁悬浮作为机电一体化技术,结合了微型计算机、传感器技术、电力电子技术、检测技术和自控理论等技术与理论。文章首先分析了建议磁悬浮系统模型;随后剖析了系统硬件与软件编程设计;最终得到上推式数字磁悬浮控制系统相比于模拟磁悬浮控制系统更为稳定的结论。
Maglev control technology could levitate an object at a specific height,and the principle is to use electromagnetic force to balance the object,so that there is no mechanical friction between the object,saving energy consumption,in order to achieve some specific technological requirements.Maglev,this new support technology,as a mechatronics technology,it combines microcomputer,sensor technology,power electronics technology,detection technology and automatic control theory and other theories and technology.This paper first analyzes the proposed Maglev system model,then it analyzes the hardware and software programming design of the system,finally,it gets the conclusion that the push-up digital Maglev control system is more stable than the analog Maglev control system.
