摘要
文章介绍了在某智能制造产线上通过搭建日本三菱公司的CC-link IE Field现场网络,实现15个工作站通信的过程。在GX-works3中实现了硬件和参数的配置,并利用三菱GX-simulator3特有的系统模拟平台验证了此现场网络的可行性,为自动化现场设备其他方式互联通信的实现提供了参考依据,具有一定的研究价值。
This paper introduces the process of realizing the communication of 15 workstations on an intelligent manufacturing production line by building the CC-link IE field network of Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan.The configuration of hardware and parameters is realized in GX-works3,and the feasibility of this field network is verified by using the unique system simulation platform of Mitsubishi GX-simulator3.It provides a reference for the realization of other ways of interconnection and communication of automation field equipment,and has certain research value.
