摘要
作为灵活变化环境的快速反应,微证书使个性化、快速化和可及性的技能发展成为可能,并成为解决欧洲面临的消极就业和技能不匹配问题的良好途径。为了弥补高等教育机构提供的技能培养和雇主技能需求之间的差距,欧洲在微证书领域进行了诸多探索。文章追踪欧洲提供微证书的背景,分析当前欧洲微证书认证的进展和面临的挑战,梳理微证书未来发展的三种使用情境,包括仅在教育系统内使用、在教育体系和劳动力市场两种系统使用、全社会使用,同时介绍微证书发展的未来路径,以期为我国微证书的发展和终身学习提供借鉴。
As a rapid response to the flexible and changing environment,micro-credentials enable personalized,rapid,and accessible skills development.Thus,it is a useful way to address the problems of negative employment and skills mismatch in Europe.To bridge the gap between the skills training provided by higher education institutions and the skills demands from employers,European countries have conducted a variety of explorations regarding micro-credentials.This paper tracks the background of micro-credentials in Europe,and analyzes the current progress and challenges.It also discusses three possible scenarios for the future development of micro-credentials,including limiting their application only to the education system,in both the education system and labor market,and expanding their application in the whole society.Meanwhile,this paper introduces the future development path of micro-credentials providing a reference for the development of micro-credentials and lifelong learning in China.
