摘要 针对电缆排管质量验收难的问题,设计了一种电缆排管检测系统。电缆排管检测系统利用基于惯性导航原理的测绘装置对电缆排管的路径进行三维测试,利用内窥镜+LED对电缆排管内部缺陷进行检测与定位,实现对电缆排管施工质量的检测,确保排管质量符合电缆敷设要求。 In view of the difficulty of quality acceptance of cable piping, a kind of cable piping detection system is designed. The system uses the mapping device based on the principle of inertial navigation to conduct three-dimensional test on the route of the cable piping, and uses endoscope + LED to detect and locate the internal defects of the cable piping, so as to detect the construction quality of the cable piping and ensure that the quality of the cable piping meets the requirements of cable laying.
