煤基乙二醇紫外透光率影响因素的探究 被引量:2

摘要 煤基乙二醇(EG)产品紫外透光率测定值波动较大,影响因素较多,本文主要探究了分光光度计的光度性能(包括波长准确度、透光率准确度、杂散光)、参比水、微小气泡、采样位置、时间等对煤基EG产品紫外透光率测定值的影响。对测定方法进行优化,采样后密封静置2 h后分析,数据值基本稳定。采用上、中、下采样点分别采样,在化验室进行人工混合后静置,可有效防止煤基EG产品紫外透光率测定值波动较大。在氮气保护和无氮气保护两种条件下,分别进行煤基EG紫外透光率随时间的衰减试验,在无氮气保护的情况下,220 nm处的紫外透光率在7 d内下降明显,在有氮气保护情况下,220 nm处的紫外透光率在15 d内基本稳定。 The measured value of ultraviolet transmittance of coal based ethylene glycol(EG)products fluctuates greatly and has many influencing factors.This paper mainly explores the influence of the photometric performance of spectrophotometer(including wavelength accuracy,transmittance accuracy and stray light),reference water,micro bubbles,sampling position and time on the measured value of ultraviolet transmittance of coal based EG products.The determination method was optimized,after sampling and standing for 2 h,the data value was basically stable.Sampling at the upper,middle and lower sampling points respectively and standing after manual mixing in the laboratory can effectively prevent the measured value of ultraviolet transmittance of coal based EG products from fluctuating greatly.Under the conditions of nitrogen protection and no nitrogen protection,the attenuation test of UV transmittance of coal based EG with time is carried out respectively.Under the condition of no nitrogen protection,the UV transmittance at 220 nm decreases significantly within 7 d,and under the condition of nitrogen protection,the UV transmittance at 220 nm is basically stable within 15 d.
