The Logic and Practice Orientation of Teachers’Professional Integrity in Fully Advancing College Ideological and Political Education in Curriculum of the New Era

摘要 高校全面推进课程思政建设,彰显师德的思想政治本色、回归师德的教书育人本真、坚守师德的专业能力本位,具有丰富的师德内涵。师德本质上是教师立德树人实践。高校师德建设应为教师课程思政的目标方向、责任意识、能力素养等方面保驾护航;高校应在推动体制融通、长效机制嵌入、主要举措有力上下功夫,充分实现师德建设和课程思政建设的协同融合。 Fully advancing the construction of ideological and political education in curriculum,highlighting the ideological and political essence of teacher’s professional integrity,returning to the teacher ethics of teaching,and adhering to the teacher ethics of professional ability standard have rich moral implications.Teachers’professional integrity is essentially the practice of teachers’moral cultivation.The construction of teachers’professional integrity in colleges and universities should escort the target direction,responsibility consciousness,ability and accomplishment of teachers’ideological and political education in curriculum.Colleges and universities should make great efforts to promote the system integration,embed long-term mechanism,and take effective measures to fully realize the synergistic integration of teachers’professional integrity construction and construction of ideological and political education in curriculum construction.
