摘要
道岔尖轨是轨道的风险控制关键点,针对现有伤损检测技术在道岔尖轨处存在盲区的问题,提出一种基于声发射信号的铁路道岔尖轨伤损监测方法,研发出道岔尖轨损伤监测系统。系统基于伤损模式分类算法对列车经过钢轨时所产生的声发射信号进行分析,实现对尖轨伤损状态的识别。现场测试数据表明该方法能够有效识别道岔尖轨的伤损。
Based on the damage pattern classification algorithm,the acoustic emission signal generated when the train passes the rail is analyzed,and a monitoring method for the turnout switch rail damage is proposed and the monitoring system is developed.Data show that this method can effectively identify the damage and solve the problem of blind spot in the detection of turnout switch rails by the existing damage detection technology.
