摘要
坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,牢固树立和贯彻落实新发展理念,加快建成覆盖全国、全球领先的5G基础网络,共建共享移动网络成为增效降本的关键举措。不同运营商利用相同的频率资源共同建设无线接入网,通过传输网络接入不同运营商的5G核心网,实现以无线网络公用和移动业务各自独立为特征的资源共享技术方案,为国内外实现多运营商共建共享提供指导方向。
Adhering to Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as a guide,we should firmly establish and implement the new development concept,accelerate the completion of a nationwide and world-leading 5G infrastructure network.Besides,common construction and sharing of the mobile networks becomes a key initiative to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Different operators use the same frequency resources to jointly build wireless access networks,and uplink into the 5G core network of different operators through the transmission network,and realize resource sharing technology solutions which are characterized by independent public and mobile services of wireless networks,so as to provide guidance for multiple operators to realize the common construction and sharing at home and abroad.
