如何提高脱硝运行的经济性

摘要 建设生态文明是中华民族永续发展的千年大计,永续发展的必要条件是绿色。随着我国火力发电厂持续增多,按照环境保护部和国家质量监督检验检疫总局联合发布的新修订的《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB13223-2011),新建改建火电机组需加快转变火电行业发展方式和优化产业结构,严格执行环保“三同时”制度。因此火电厂在保证持续和最大经济性发电的同时,通过修建改造环保装置有效控制并减少火电厂大气污染物排放,减少排污费,提高电厂整体运行的经济性。 Building ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation,and the necessary condition for sustainable development is green.With the continuous increase of thermal power plants in China,according to the newly revised Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants(GB13223-2011)jointly issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China,the new and reconstructed thermal power units need to accelerate the transformation of the development mode of the thermal power industry and optimize the industrial structure,and strictly implement the"three simultaneities"system of environmental protection.Therefore,while ensuring continuous and maximum economic power generation,the thermal power plant can effectively control and reduce the air pollutant emissions of the thermal power plant through the construction and transformation of environmental protection devices,reduce the pollution charges,and improve the economy of the overall operation of the power plant.
