摘要
文章基于数字经济对劳动生产率影响的理论分析,利用我国2011—2020年的省级面板数据,检验了数字经济发展对劳动生产率的影响并分析其作用路径。实证结果表明,数字经济对劳动生产率的提升有显著的促进作用。在作用路径上,数字经济可通过提高人力资本水平,进而提升劳动生产率。异质性分析表明,相对于东部地区而言,数字经济的发展对中西部地区劳动生产率的提升作用是显著的;在2015年数字经济上升到国家战略以后,其对劳动生产率的提升作用显著增强;在不同的人力资本水平下,数字经济均对劳动生产率提升产生显著的促进作用,对高人力资本的作用力度更大。
Based on the theoretical analysis of the impact of digital economy on labor productivity,this paper tests the impact of digital economy development on labor productivity and its path by using China’s provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020.The results show that digital economy has a significant promoting effect on the improvement of labor productivity.In terms of the impact path,digital economy can promote labor productivity by improving the level of human capital.Heterogeneity analysis shows that compared with the eastern region,the development of digital economy has a significant effect on the improvement of labor productivity in the central and western regions,that after digital economy was included in the national strategy in 2015,its effect on labor productivity was significantly enhanced,and that under different human capital levels,digital economy has an obvious promoting effect on the improvement of labor productivity,and a greater effect on high human capital.
