摘要
利用氯化胆碱-丙烯酰胺合成的低共熔溶剂(DES)与α-硫辛酸、微晶纤维素之间的共价键、离子键和高密度氢键的网络结构,形成了稳定、高黏附性、机械性能优异的离子凝胶。研究发现,制备的离子凝胶具有理想的黏附性(对玻璃的黏附力达69.3 kPa)、良好的自愈性(10 s可恢复到最大应力的41%)、优异的导电性(8.1×10^(-4) S/cm)和抗紫外性能(100%紫外线阻挡能力)。同时,该离子凝胶在不同材料和形状的基底上具有较好的黏附性,且在人体皮肤上具有很高的黏合性。基于该离子凝胶所组装成的柔性应变传感器可用于监测不同动作的相对电阻信号变化,并且表现出持续且稳定的信号。
A highly adhesive ionogel was prepared by choline chloride-acrylamide deep eutectic solvents(DES), α-lipoic acid and microcrystalline cellulose. The prepared ionogel exhibited good stability and mechanical properies through the formation of network structure including covalent bonds, ionic bonds and hydrogen bonds. It was found that the prepared ionogel had ideal adhesiveness(the adhesive force to glass reached 69. 3 kPa), good self-healing property(41% of the maximum stress could be recovered at 10 s),excelent conductivity(8. 1×10^(-4) S/cm) and ultraviolet resistance(100% UV blocking ability). At the same time, the ionogel had good adhesion on substrates of different materials and shapes, and has high adhesion on human skin. The flexible strain sensor assembled based on this ionogel could be used to monitor the change of relative resistance signals in different actions, and it showed repeatable and stable signals.
