摘要
目的探讨超声弹性成像联合高频彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的价值。方法88例确诊的乳腺癌患者,按照患者的入院顺序分为对照组及观察组,每组44例。对照组采用高频彩色多普勒超声检查,观察组应用超声弹性成像联合高频彩色多普勒超声检查。以病理结果为金标准,比较两组的诊断准确率及漏诊率。结果观察组的诊断准确率95.46%高于对照组的79.55%,漏诊率4.55%低于对照组的20.45%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于乳腺癌的诊断,临床上可应用超声弹性成像、高频彩色多普勒超声进行联合检查,更利于保障检查的准确性,避免误诊及漏诊现象的发生,以此来为临床疾病诊治提供可靠数据参考,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the value of ultrasound elastography and high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods A total of 88 patients with breast cancer were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was examined by high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound,and the observation group was examined by ultrasound elastography combined with high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound.The pathological results were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic accuracy and missed diagnosis rate of the two groups.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of the observation group was 95.46%,which was higher than 79.55%of the control group;the missed diagnosis rate of the observation group was 4.55%,which was lower than 20.45%of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the diagnosis of breast cancer,the combination of ultrasound elastography and high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound can be used clinically to ensure the accuracy of the examination and avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,thus providing a reliable data reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment,which is worth promoting.
