摘要
高温气冷堆采用了全转速、过热蒸汽式汽轮发电机组,为了分析高温气冷堆汽轮机冲转、空负荷和带负荷等各种运行工况特性,基于Matlab/Simulink建立了高温气冷堆汽轮机数学模型,采用结构化程序语言开发了计算软件,并选取30%、50%和100%3个运行工况的计算值与设计值进行比较,结果表明:机组各种运行工况下汽轮机关键参数的稳态响应结果与热平衡设计值吻合良好,最大误差小于1%,满足计算精度要求,证明所开发汽轮机仿真软件的准确性。并基于所开发的仿真模型验证了高温气冷堆汽轮机瞬态运行工况下动态特性满足设计要求。研究结果对高温气冷堆汽轮机运行及维护提供了有力支撑。
The high temperature gas cooled reactor adopts a full speed,superheated steam turbine generator set.In order to analyze the characteristics of various operating conditions such as impulse running,no-load and on load of the high temperature gas cooled reactor steam turbine,this paper establishes the mathematical model of the high temperature gas cooled reactor steam turbine based on MATLAB/Simulink,develops the calculation software with structured program language,and selects the calculated values of 30%,50%and 100%operating conditions to compare with the design values,The results show that the steady-state response results of key parameters of steam turbine under various operating conditions of the unit are in good agreement with the design value of heat balance,and the maximum error is less than 1%,which meets the requirements of calculation accuracy,which proves the accuracy of the developed steam turbine simulation software.Based on the developed simulation model,it is verified that the dynamic characteristics of HTGR steam turbine under transient operating conditions meet the design requirements.The research results of this paper provide strong support for the operation and maintenance of high temperature gas cooled reactor steam turbine.
