基于危险性评价500T冲床的安全分析与改进

摘要 针对500T冲床存在的操作人员在冲床内作业的安全隐患,采用作业条件危险性分析半定量评价方法对其进行危险性评价,根据评价结果制定安全整改措施。以机器人为主的自动化冲压方式是目前社会生产中较为普遍的一种,主要从设备本质安全度提升、安全风险降低两方面出发,提出自动化生产单元方案,采用PLC对整个系统进行控制,保障人员身心安全。 Aiming at the potential safety hazard of operators working in the 500T punching machine,semi-quantitative evaluation method of operating conditions hazard analysis was used to evaluate the hazards,and safety corrective measures were formulated based on the evaluation results.The robot-based automated stamping method is a more common one in the current social production.The article mainly focuses on two aspects of equipment intrinsic safety enhancement and safety risk reduction,and proposes an automated production cell solution,using PLC to control the whole system and guarantee the physical and mental safety of personnel.
