无损检测技术在纸张检测应用中的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 纸张作为文件档案、书画文物、图书等重要资料的主要载体,其理化性质对图书档案和书画的保存寿命起着决定性作用,而纸张传统检测方法大多会使纸张失去完整性,因此并不适用于重要资料纸张的检测和评价。如今无损检测技术在纸张检测方面的应用越来越广。阐述了拉曼光谱法、近红外光谱法、X射线荧光光谱法、分光光度法、高光谱成像技术等无损检测技术在纸张检测领域的研究进展,分析了各自技术的特点。应用高光谱成像技术进行无损检测是当前的热点之一。重点综述了近年来这一技术在纸张检测领域的应用进展,并对目前面临的问题及未来发展方向作出总结与展望。 As the main carrier of important materials such as documents and archives, calligraphy and painting cultural relics, and books, paper’s physical and chemical properties play a decisive role in the preservation of book archives and calligraphy and painting. However, most of the traditional detection methods of paper will make the paper lose its integrity and are not suitable for the detection and evaluation of important materials and paper. Nowadays non-destrutive technology is more and more widely used in paper testing. In this paper, the research progress of non-destructive testing techniques such as Raman spectroscopy, near infrared spectroscopy, X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, spectrophotometry and hyperspectral imaging technology in paper testing field is described, and the characteristics of their respective techniques are analyzed. The application of hyperspectral imaging technology in nondestructive testing is one of the hot topics at present. The application progress of this technology in paper detection in recent years is reviewed, and the problems and future development direction are summarized and prospected.
