摘要
为了推动国产纺织装备高端化,介绍2022年前3季度我国纺织机械行业经济运行情况;对比分析国产纺机专用基础件近10年来的进出口数据变化,分析其市场表现;概述国产纺机专用基础件行业技术进步和产品性能提升的具体表现,分析其短板;从提高产业链稳定性、提高制造工艺水平、推进纺机专用基础件智能制造以及发展绿色节能产品4方面,提出国产纺机专用基础件行业发展的主要思路。指出:要保证纺机专用基础件行业发展韧性,促使企业在疫情后时代跟随纺织行业复苏;纺织产业技术进步和装备的提升,对高端专用基础件需求不断增长、市场潜力较大;在纺机高端市场上国产纺机专用基础件仍存在短板,应加强复合专机及生产线、检测技术与仪器开发,提升行业整体制造工艺技术水平;应加快推进专用基础件制造企业智能制造、绿色制造步伐,建设纺织装备关键零部件智能生产车间,提高产品制造精度与可靠性,实现行业节能减能减排、技术创新、可持续发展。
In order to promote the high-end of domestic textile equipment,the economic operation of Chinese textile machinery industry in the first three quarters of 2022 is introduced.The import and export data changes of domestic textile essential parts in recent ten years are compared and analyzed,and its market performance is analyzed.The technical progress and product performance improvement of domestic textile essential parts are summarized,and their weaknesses are analyzed.The main ideas for the development of domestic textile essential parts industry are put forward from four aspects of improving the stability of industrial chain,improving the level of manufacturing technology,promoting the intelligent manufacturing of textile essential parts and developing green and energy-saving products.It is pointed out that it is necessary to ensure the resilience of development of the textile essential parts industry and promote the enterprises to follow the recovery of the textile industry in the post-epidemic era.With the improvement of technology and equipment in the textile industry,the demand for high-end textile essential parts is growing and the market potential is large.In the high-end market of the textile machine,there are still shortcomings in the domestic textile essential parts.It is necessary to strengthen the development of composite special machines and production lines,testing technology and instruments,and improve the overall manufacturing technology level of the industry.It is necessary to accelerate the pace of intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing in textile essential parts manufacturing enterprises,build intelligent production workshops for key components of textile equipment,improve the precision and reliability of product manufacturing,and achieve energy-saving,energy reduction and emission reduction,technological innovation and sustainable development of the industry.
