摘要
作为凝练中国式民主的新概念、新实践、新成果,全过程人民民主有助于走好中国式现代化道路,在高质量发展中实现共同富裕。全过程人民民主基于人民立场,彰显其全链条、全方位、全覆盖的内在优势推动“稳定富裕”“全民共富”“全面富裕”。全过程人民民主保障共同富裕形态的稳定性、主体的全民性、内涵的全面性。全过程人民民主与共同富裕是内在契合的。民主政治空间的广泛开拓与共同富裕稳定性的持续呈现、资源和机会的公平分配与共同富裕的全民性持续推动、民主权利的平衡发展与共同富裕的全面性持续提升,构成二者良性互动的应然状态。面向未来,应当从增强全过程人民民主的治理效能、提高全过程人民民主参与的平等程度和促进全过程人民民主向各领域延伸等方面,进一步探寻扎实推动共同富裕的民主路径。
As a new concept,new practice and new achievement of Chinese style democracy,whole-process people’s democracy will be helpful to realize Chinese style modernization and achieve common prosperity in high-quality development.Based on people’s position,whole-process people’s democracy contributes to“stable prosperity”“common prosperity of the whole people”and“all-round prosperity”with its inherent advantages of covering all aspects of the democratic process and all sectors of society.Whole-process people’s democracy can ensure the stability of the form of common prosperity,the whole people character of its subject,and the comprehensiveness of its connotation.Whole-process of people’s democracy and common prosperity are inherently compatible.The extensive development of democratic political space and the continuous presentation of the stability of common prosperity,the fair distribution of resources and opportunities and the continuous promotion of common prosperity for the all,the balanced development of democratic rights and the continuous enhancement of the comprehensiveness of common prosperity constitute the desirable state of the benign interaction between the two.In the future,the democratic path to promote common prosperity should be further explored in terms of enhancing the effectiveness of governance of whole-process of people’s democracy,improving the equality of participation in whole-process of people’s democracy and promoting the extension of whole-process of people’s democracy to various fields.
