摘要
胆囊息肉是常见的消化道疾病,国内发病率逐年上升。该病的发病机制尚不明确,目前西医尚无特效药物治疗。中医从此病病因病机入手,结合辨证论治的诊疗特色,随症加减,治疗此病具有明显优势。朱丹溪在论著中提出“痰挟瘀血,遂成窠囊”之说,所论窠囊,是以气病日久成痰化瘀、胶结隐匿于体内深处为主要病机。依据“窠囊”理论,姚成礼主任认为胆气郁滞、痰瘀互结是胆囊息肉的基本病机。其中胆气郁滞是病因病机的核心,窠囊是主要病理产物,并通过现代技术验证窠囊和脉络损伤真实存在。临床以理气结为该病治法,疗效显著。
Gallbladder polyps are common gastrointestinal diseases,and the incidence rate in China is increasing year by year.The pathogenesis of the disease is not clear,and there is no specific drug treatment in western medicine.Starting from the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,combined with the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment,traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in treating the disease.In his treatise,Zhu Danxi put forward the theory that“phlegm carries blood stasis and then forms a Kenang”.The main pathogenesis of the Kenang is that qi disease develops into phlegm and dissipates blood stasis,cementation and concealment deep in the body.According to the Kenang,director Yao Chengli believes that the stagnation of gallbladder qi and the combination of phlegm and blood stasis are the basic pathogenesis of gallbladder polyps.Gallbladder stagnation is the core of etiology and pathogenesis.The cyst is the main pathological product,and modern technology is used to verify the existence of bursa and choroid injury.The treatment of this disease is regulating qi knot,and the effect is significant.
