摘要
目的探讨耳穴压豆对肠道清洁效果的影响。方法选取2021年3月—2021年4月在北京市昌平区中西医结合医院内镜室行结肠镜检查的100例患者,采用随机数字表法分为耳穴组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规肠道准备,耳穴组在对照组的基础上提前3 d予以耳穴压豆治疗,比较2组患者的肠道清洁度、泡沫分级度及服药过程中的不良反应率。结果2组在肠道清洁度分布差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组肠道泡沫分级分布差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应率差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆可提高肠道清洁度,去泡满意度,耳穴压豆可降低肠道准备过程中恶心、腹胀、腹痛等不良反应。
Objective To explore the effect of auricular point pressing in intestinal preparation.Methods 100 patients who underwent colonoscopy in the endoscopy room of Changping District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from March 2021 to April 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into auricular point pressing group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intestinal preparation,and auricular point pressing group was treated with auricular point pressing 3 days in advance on the basis of the control group.General information,intestinal cleanliness,foam grading and adverse reaction rate were compared.Results There was significant difference in the distribution of intestinal cleanliness between the two groups(P<0.05).Two groups of intestinal foam grading distribution was statistically different(P<0.05).There was significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing can improve intestinal cleanliness and defoaming satisfaction,and can reduce nausea,abdominal distension,abdominal pain and other adverse reactions during intestinal preparation.
