摘要
目的探讨舒肝解郁汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎合并幽门螺旋杆菌感染的临床疗效。方法选择临沂市中医医院脾胃病一科2019年12月—2020年12月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者79例作为研究对象,根据就诊顺序编号,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(39例)和对照组(40例),对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加疏肝解郁汤治疗,比较2组幽门螺旋杆菌清除率,比较2组中医证候积分及胃镜组织学检查结果,同时比较2组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组幽门螺旋杆菌组间清除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。治疗后观察组中医证候积分及胃镜组织学评分低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏肝解郁汤能够提高慢性萎缩性胃炎合并幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者的幽门螺旋杆菌清除率,降低患者中医证候积分及胃镜组织学评分,不增加用药风险。
Objective To investigate the clinical study of Shugan Jieyu decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infection.Methods 79 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who admitted to department of spleen and stomach disease in Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were numbered according to the order of visits,and they were divided into observation groups by random number table method(n=39)and the control group(n=40).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Shugan Jieyu decoction.The clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori between the two groups was compared,and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and gastroscopy were compared between the two groups.The results of histological examination,and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared at the same time.Results The clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori between the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P=0.025).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and histological scores of gastroscopy in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu decoction can increase the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis combined with Helicobacter pylori infection,reduce the TCM syndrome scores and gastroscopy histology scores,without increasing the risk of medication.
