癌因性疲乏患者对中医食疗需求的质性研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的了解癌因性疲乏患者对中医食疗的需求情况。方法以质性研究中的现象学研究方法为指导,采用目的抽样法选取15例Piper疲乏量表评估为中重度癌因性疲乏的患者为研究对象,对其进行半结构式访谈。结果经过对访谈内容的分析和整理,提炼出3个主题。即:对中医食疗作用的需求存在多样化,临床中对疲乏患者缺乏科学食疗知识的指导,患者缺乏正确的食疗信息来源。结论癌因性疲乏患者对食疗的需求不尽相同,网络、电视媒体是食疗方案主要获取途径,呼吁医务人员多团队协作及时提供多途径针对个体差异的科学食疗指导工作。
