摘要
目的:探讨全血C反应蛋白(CRP)联合白细胞计数(WBC)检测在诊断儿童上呼吸道感染中的临床价值。方法:将我院在2020年2月~2022年2月收治的160例上呼吸道感染儿童作为此次研究的对象,结合血清学检测和细菌学培养将这160例患儿分为细菌性感染组和病毒性感染组,其中细菌性感染组患者100例,病毒性感染组患者60例,检测两组患者的CRP和WBC的水平,比较两组患者治疗前后的CRP和WBC变化情况。结果:病毒性感染组的C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞(WBC)水平明显低于细菌性感染组,两组结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后CRP和WBC的水平均低于治疗前,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CRP联合WBC检测对诊断儿童上呼吸道感染具有重要意义和临床价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of whole blood C-reactive protein(CRP)combined with white blood cell count(WBC)in the diagnosis of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:160 cases of children with upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the objects in this study.Combined with serum testing and bacteriological culture, these 160 cases were divided into bacterial infection group and viral infection group, including 100 cases of bacterial infection group and 60 cases of viral infection group.The levels of CRP and WBC in the two groups were detected, and the changes of CRP and WBC in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell(WBC)in viral infection group were significantly lower than those in bacterial infection group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CRP and WBC in both two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:CRP combined with WBC has important significant and clinical value in the diagnosis of upper respiratory tract infection in children.
