摘要
以一款三轮摩托车钢板弹簧为研究对象,分别采用有限元方法与解析法计算了钢板弹簧的刚度与强度。有限元法考虑了钢板弹簧实际工作过程中的大变形、片间接触和摩擦等多种非线性因素,施加位移约束,求解非线性接触问题,分析了不同载荷条件下各片的应力分布情况。
In this paper, taking tricycle leaf springs as the research object, the leaf spring stiffness and strength are calculated respectively by FEA and analytical method. The actual working process of the leaf spring of large deformation, contact and friction between various nonlinear factors are considered. Nonlinear contact problem is solved by applying displacement constraint. The stress distribution of each piece under different load conditions is analyzed.
