摘要
热工水力试验测控系统仪表需要高效准确地完成计量校准和量值溯源,现有的实验室计量模式在拆装仪表环节花费较多时间,综合效率低;而基于过程校验仪的原位计量校准存在较多影响因素,量值溯源难度大。测控系统的原位可计量性设计,需要对测控系统和原位校准装置进行综合设计:在测试系统设计集成阶段,预留标准化的计量接口,规范测试系统软件和标准装置软件的数据格式和通讯规范。原位校准装置的综合不确定度满足热工试验测试仪表的量值溯源要求,可以柔性适应多种规模和仪表类型的测试系统,可以显著提高热工试验测试仪表校准效率。
Thermal-hydraulic engineering experiment instrument need to achieve measurement calibration and measurement traceability efficiently and accurately, firstly, the laboratory calibration mode requires much time to remove and install instrument, secondly, the influence factors of in-situ calibration mode based on process calibrator are difficult to quantification. The in-situ calibration of reactor engineering experiment instrument design requires integrated design of measurement system and in-situ calibration system. In the period of measurement system design, it is important to standardize the data and communication interface of measurement software and in-situ calibration software. The synthesize uncertainty and well-adaptable of in-situ calibration system can meet the need of various type of reactor engineering experiment instrument. The in-situ calibration system is a beneficial complement to the laboratory calibration.
