摘要
以丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸乙酯为单体合成了一种具有pH敏感性的聚合物,并以此负载磷酸二氢钾,形成缓蚀剂微胶囊,再将其与水性丙烯酸涂料复合,制备出了一种环保型自修复涂层。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱分析和Zeta电位测定,考察了微胶囊与涂料的相容性,采用扫描电镜观察自修复涂层的形貌特征,借助电化学阻抗谱和中性盐雾试验来评价自修复涂层对R235碳钢的腐蚀防护作用。结果表明:缓蚀剂微胶囊与涂料基体的相容性良好,可以均匀地分散于涂料中,形成的涂层表现出优异的自修复作用,能够显著提高对碳钢的腐蚀防护性能。
A pH-sensitive polymer was synthesized with acrylic acid,acrylamide,and ethyl acrylate as monomers,and then loaded with potassium dihydrogen phosphate,forming a corrosion inhibitor loaded microcapsule.An environment-friendly self-healing coating was prepared by the combination of a waterborne acrylic paint and the corrosion inhibitor loaded microcapsule.The compatibility between the microcapsule and coating was examined by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and Zeta potential measurement.The morphology of the self-healing coating was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The anticorrosion property of the self-healing coating on R235 carbon steel was evaluated by electrochemical impendence spectroscopy and neutral salt spray test.The results showed that the corrosion inhibitor loaded microcapsule had good compatibility with the coating matrix and distributed uniformly in it.The coating containing the corrosion inhibitor loaded microcapsules showed good self-healing performance and provided better corrosion protection for carbon steel.
