摘要
为了研究限根栽培下不同土壤对枸杞生长的影响,采用双因素试验设计,设置常规栽培(CK)、限根原土(N1)、限根原土1/2+砂土1/2(N2)、限根原土2/3+沙1/3(N3)、限根原土1/2+沙1/2(N4)、限根沙+表层盖土(N5)6个处理,分析对比限根条件下不同土壤对枸杞生长、果实糖分及百粒质量的影响。结果表明:与常规栽培相比,限根栽培在枸杞生长发育前期促进枸杞苗的营养生长;在生长发育后期促进果实糖分积累,使果实百粒质量提高。限根处理的果实可溶性总糖质量分数高达60%,较CK提高10%,还原性糖质量分数为12%,较CK提高2%;百粒质量较CK提高346.55 g。限根栽培下原土1/2+砂土1/2处理的优势比其他4种不同土壤处理明显,其在植株生长前期的生物量和生长后期的作物产量方面均表现出一定优势。
To investigate the effect of different soil conditions on the growth of Goji berry(Lyciun barbarum L.) under rootlimited cultivation, a two-factor experimental design was adopted. With six treatments of non-limited root treatment(as the control group, CK), limited root original soil treatment(N1), limited root original soil 1/2 + sandy soil 1/2 treatment(N2),limited root original soil 2/3 + sand 1/3 treatment(N3), limited root original soil 1/2 + sand 1/2 treatment(N4), limited root sand + surface cover soil(N5), their effects on the growth, the sugar components and weight per 100 grains of Goji berries were studied. The results show that compared with conventional cultivation, root-limited cultivation methods could promote the nutritional growth of goji berry seedlings in the early stage;in the later stage, it promoted the accumulation of fruit sugar and increased the weight per 100 grains. Compared with the CK, total soluble sugars with root-limited cultivation methods were up to 60%, 10% higher;reducing sugars were 12%, 2% higher;and weight per 100 grains was 346.55 g higher. N2 had obvious advantages over the other four treatments in terms of biomass in the early stage and crop yield in the later stage.
