摘要
在城市轨道交通交流环网进出线“手拉手”的拓扑结构下,过电流保护作为线路后备保护,在实际应用时存在上下游保护配合的时间级差问题,导致故障切除时间过长,容易造成设备损坏,扩大故障范围。根据交流环网进出线的拓扑结构,发现当线路两侧仅有一侧发生过电流启动时,故障发生在线路区域内,保护应动作跳开线路两侧开关,其余情况保护应闭锁不动作。基于IEC61850标准,在PTOC逻辑节点的基础上扩展了相关数据,提出了数字通信过电流保护PDTOC逻辑节点。对数字通信过电流保护在工程实施中的通信网络配置进行了探讨,建议采用变电所交换机级联方式搭建通信通道,并采用VLAN交叠的技术控制线路两侧继电保护装置交互数据的隔离与控制。最后,对通信网络中的报文流量与传输延时进行了可行性理论计算,并搭建了试验平台通过模拟故障的方式验证了数字通信过流保护功能的可行性。
Under the topological structure of"hand in hand"of the incoming and outgoing lines of the urban rail transit AC ring network,the over-current protection,as the line backup protection,has the problem of time difference between upstream and downstream protection cooperation in practical application,which leads to long fault removal time,easy to cause equipment damage and expand the fault range.According to the topological structure of the incoming and outgoing lines of the AC ring network,it was found that when there was only one line on both sides of the line,the protection shall act to open the switched on both sides of the line,and the protection should not act in other cases except when overcurrent startup occurs.Based on IEC61850 standard,a digital communication overcurrent protection PDTOC logic node was proposed by extending relevant data on the basis of PTOC logic node.The communication network configuration of the digital communication overcurrent protection in the project implementation was also discussed,and suggested that the communication channel should be built by cascading the switches of the substation,and the VLAN overlap technology should be used to control the isolation and control of the interactive data of the relay protection devices on both sides of the line.Finally,the feasibility of the message flow and transmission delay in the communication network was theoretically calculated,and a test platform was built to verify the feasibility of the digital communication overcurrent protection function by simulating the fault.
