摘要
氧化锆(ZrO_(2))陶瓷是一种熔点高、硬度大、耐酸碱腐蚀的结构陶瓷,在航空航天、工业设备、电子信息、生物医学等领域得到广泛应用。针对其固有脆性、低强度、低断裂韧性的问题,从相变增韧、粉体合成、掺杂改性及烧结工艺的优化等方面开展研究工作,以期制备出综合性能优异且满足市场所需外观需求的氧化锆陶瓷材料。
Zirconia ceramics with high melting point,hardness,acid and alkali corrosion resistance,bioinert compatibility,stability and many other excellent properties,in aerospace,industrial equipment,electronic information,biomedical and other fields have been widely used.However,the inherent brittleness,low strength,and fracture toughness limit the practical application of zirconia.In order to improve the mechanical properties of zirconia,a great deal of research has been done on the preparation of powders,optimization of sintering process,mechanical properties of zirconia and phase transformation toughening properties.In this paper,the research status and progress of zirconia ceramics in the fields of powder preparation,sintering technology,mechanical properties,phase transformation toughening properties and so on are reviewed.
