摘要
采用主副加热技术,以卡式炉加热方式对加氢反应器合拢焊缝进行局部热处理研究。该技术通过主加热带改善焊缝性能,降低内外壁的部分残余应力,并通过施加副加热带进一步降低焊缝内表面残余应力。同时,利用压痕应变测试和有限元数值模拟方法,研究了主副加热前后加氢反应器内壁堆焊层的应力变化情况。结果表明,采用主副加热技术能够有效降低内壁堆焊层残余应力,轴向应力降低约30%,环向应力降低约50%,该技术可在大型压力容器制造中推广应用。
The primary and secondary heating technology with card furnace was applied to study the local heat treatment of the closed built-up welds in hydrogenation reactor.This technology improves the quality of the welds by the primary heating strip so as to reduce the residual stresses on the inner and outer surfaces of the welds, and further reduce the residual stress on the inner surface by applying the secondary heating strip.Meanwhile, the stress change of the surfacing layer on the inner surface of the hydrogenation reactor before and after applying the primary and secondary heating was investigated by indentation test and finite element analysis.The results show that the primary and secondary heating technology can effectively reduce the residual stress of the surfacing layer on the inner wall.The axial residual stress of the inner surface is reduced by 30%,while the residual stress in circumferential direction is reduced by 50%.This technology can be widely applied in the manufacturing of large pressure vessels.
