摘要
在永磁同步电机中,振动会对电机性能造成严重的影响。为探究永磁同步电机的振动特性,本文以一台表贴式永磁同步电机为研究对象,首先利用有限元法对其气隙磁场进行了了仿真分析;计算了气隙磁密与电磁力,并将其进行傅里叶分解;再次对电机的定子与机壳建立了三维模型,计算了该电机的各阶模态及频率;最后将电磁力加载到电机定子齿部,对该电机进行了振动谐响应分析,计算了在电磁力作用下电机的位移曲线,进而对该电机的振动特性进行了分析。
In permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), vibration will have a serious impact on the performance of the motor. In order to explore the vibration characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor, this paper takes a table-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object. Firstly, the finite element method is used to simulate and analyze its air-gap magnetic field. The air-gap magnetic density and electromagnetic force are calculated and decomposed by Fourier transform. Thirdly, the three dimensional model of the stator and the housing of the motor is established, and the modes and frequencies of the motor are calculated. Finally, the electromagnetic force is applied to the stator teeth of the motor, and the harmonic response of the motor is analyzed. The displacement curve of the motor under the electromagnetic force is calculated, and the vibration characteristics of the motor are analyzed.
