摘要
针对某单位供水加压站中控系统设备使用年代久远、型号不统一导致日常维护困难、自动化程度较低、运行操作工作量大、能耗较高、系统运行不稳定、且区域内各泵站间的数据无法实时共享、数据无记录以及日常供水调度困难等问题,提出一种基于恒压的供水加压站自动中控控制系统;分站内中控系统将各设备信号通过浙江中控技术的PLC G5Pro控制模块及相关卡件采集,在现场中控上位机进行组态编程,根据实际工艺要求,现场PLC控制设备应达到自适应运行能力,从而达到恒压供水的目的;使用专用光纤通讯将区域内各分站的控制系统信息及操作集成到总SCADA服务器内,现场设备数据传输前及进入服务器前都需经过专业的防火墙,以确保网络通讯安全,数据处理后将数据传到总中控系统内,总中控系统具备现场操作的所有权限,并且总中控系统能够将现场操作权限夺取,由总中控系统进行统一调度运行,完成该系统设计施工后,该加压供水系统具有自动化程度高、运行安全可靠、节能便于维护、便于日常供水调度等显著等优点。
In view of the problems that the central control system equipment of a unit’s water supply booster station has been used for a long time,the model is not unified,resulting in difficult daily maintenance,low degree of automation,heavy workload of operation,high energy consumption,unstable system operation,unable real-time data sharing among pump stations in the region,no data record,and difficult daily water supply dispatching,an automatic central control system of water supply pressurization station based on constant pressure was proposed.The central control system in the substation collected the equipment signals through the PLC G5Pro control module and relevanted cards of Zhejiang central control technology,and carried out configuration programming on the on-site central control upper computer.According to the actual process requirements,the on-site PLC control equipment achieved adaptive operation ability,so as to achieve the purpose of constant pressure water supply.The special optical fiber communication was used to integrate the control system information and operation of each substation in the area into the general SCADA server.Before the data transmission of field equipment and entering the server,it needed to go through a professional firewall to ensure the safety of network communication.After data processing,the data was transmitted to the general central control system,which had all the permissions for on-site operation,in addition,the general central control system could seize the onsite operation authority and carry out unified dispatching and operation by the general central control system.After the design and construction of the system,the pressurized water supply system has significant advantages such as high degree of automation,safe and reliable operation,energy saving,easy maintenance and daily water supply dispatching.
