抗VEGF药物与微脉冲激光联合应用治疗脉络膜骨瘤的疗效观察 被引量:1

Combination Therapy of Anti-VEGF Drugs and Micro Pulse Laser on Therapeutic Observation of Choroidal Osteoma

摘要 目的探讨抗血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)药物与577 nm阈值下微脉冲激光联合应用治疗脉络膜骨瘤的疗效。方法收集2012-02/2019-02月于作者医院眼科诊断为脉络膜骨瘤的患者8例10眼。采用抗VEGF药物与微脉冲激光联合治疗继发于脉络膜骨瘤的脉络膜新生血管(choroidal neovascularization,CNV)及视网膜下液。结果治疗后视力提高8眼(80%),视力无变化1眼(10%),视力下降1眼(10%)。治疗前平均最小分辨角对数(logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution,LogMAR)视力(1.09±0.60),治疗后平均视力(0.92±0.70),治疗前后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前平均黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(central macular thickness,CMT)为(516.90±198.10)μm,治疗后平均CMT为(231.90±62.10)μm,治疗前后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访过程中未出现眼部及全身并发症。结论抗VEGF药物与微脉冲激光联合应用治疗脉络膜骨瘤安全有效。 Objective To investigate the preliminary efficacy of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)combined 577 nm micro pulse laser on therapeutic observation of choroidal osteoma.Methods A total of 8 cases(10 eyes)of patients diagnosed with choroidal osteoma in the department of ophthalmology in author′s hospital from February 2012 to February 2019 were selected.Choroidal neovascularization(CNV)and subretinal fluid secondary to choroidal osteoma were treated with anti-VEGF drugs combined micro pulse laser.Results After treatment,visual acuity of 8 eyes(80%)was improved,remained unchanged in 1 eye(10%)and decreased in 1 eye(10%).The mean logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution(LogMAR)visual acuity before and after treatment was(1.09±0.60)and(0.92±0.70)respectively,the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);the mean central macular thickness(CMT)before treatment was(516.90±198.10)μm,and the mean CMT after treatment was(231.90±62.10)μm,the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).There were no ocular and systemic complications during the follow-up.Conclusion Combination of anti-VEGF drugs and micro pulse laser in the treatment of choroidal osteoma is safe and effective.
