摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)测定强力枇杷露中蔗糖含量。方法色谱柱为Aminex HPX-87H Column(300 mm×7.8 mm);流动相为水,流速为0.4 ml/min。检测器为蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD),漂移管温度为110℃,气体流速为2.0 L/min。结果蔗糖在0.4193~8.3860μg范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9997);低浓度、中浓度和高浓度的样品加标回收率均在95.21%~100.30%之间,RSD均小于3%。结论该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,回收率好,可用于强力枇杷露中蔗糖含量的质量控制。
Objective This paper aims to establish an HPLC-ELSD method for determination of sucrose in QiangliPipa syrup.Methods The analysis was performed on Aminex HPX-87H Column(300 mm×7.8 mm);The mobile phase was water,and the flow was 0.4 ml/min.The detector was evaporative light scattering detector(ELSD).The ELSD drift tube temperature was 110℃and the flow rate of the gas was 2.0 ml/min.Results A good linear correlation of sucrose was 0.4193-8.3860μg(r=0.9997);The recoveries of samples with low,medium and high concentrations were between 95.21%and 100.30%.RSD was less than 3%.Conclusion The method has strong specificity,high sensitivity and good recovery and is suitable for the quality control of sucrose in QiangliPipa syrup.
