摘要
对应用于缝式煤槽、多个受料斗串联或筒仓等设施下的叶轮给煤机卸料设备的工作原理做了介绍,并根据使用工况对设备的给料能力计算公式进行了详细说明。通过分析叶轮给煤机运行过程中的受力构成,提出了大出力叶轮给煤机增加给料能力的方向和设备设计方案,并与常规方案进行技术、经济比较,为大出力系统的卸料设备选型提供一种新的思路。
This article introduces the working principle of the impeller coal feeder unloading equipment used in the slotted coal trough,multiple receiving hoppers in series or silos and other facilities,and calculates the feeding capacity of the equipment according to its operating conditions a detailed description.By analyzing the force composition of the impeller coal feeder in the operation process,the direction and equipment design plan of the high output impeller coal feeder to increase the feeding capacity are proposed,and the technical and economic comparison with the conventional scheme is carried out to provide the unloading system,the selection of materials and equipment provides a new way of thinking.
