摘要
装配式建筑采用构件加工预制与现场装配的实施模式,预制构件建筑以其绿色、节能、低碳的特点日益受到关注,不断推动建筑行业的转型升级。随着我国科学技术的不断完善和发展,预制装配式建筑将成为未来建筑的主要结构形式。将装配式建筑引入到现代建筑实施体系中,为建筑设计方案创新注入节能、低碳、数字化、信息化等新兴理念,助力现代建筑设计多元化、小型化以及设计落地实施高效化、环保化,可为现代建筑产业高质量发展提供新型技术支撑。
Prefabricated buildings adopt the implementation mode of component processing and prefabrication and on-site assembly.Prefabricated component buildings are increasingly attracting attention for their green, energy-saving and low-carbon characteristics,which will continuously promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. With the continuous improvement and development of science and technology in China, prefabricated buildings will become the main structural form of buildings in the future. The introduction of prefabricated buildings into the modern building implementation system, infusing new concepts such as energy conservation, low-carbon, digitalization and informatization into the innovation of building design schemes, facilitating the diversification and miniaturization of modern building design, and making the design implementation efficient and environmentally friendly, can provide new technical support for the high-quality development of modern building industry.
