摘要
人工智能深度伪造技术的不断发展,为新闻、教育、娱乐等领域提供了智能化的应用,但因其滥用而造成的技术异化也带来了新形态信息污染风险,从而引发不可控的网络空间安全和意识形态治理难题,这将对大学生价值观教育造成巨大冲击。文章基于跨学科视角,以技术协同治理为对策研究切入点,提出建立“研判—预警—规避—防范—抵御”为一体的数据驱动式常态化对策体系:结合人工智能和大数据技术建立高校意识形态风险研判与预警机制,建立针对新形态信息污染风险的规避与防范机制,扩展高校意识形态话语空间,创建高校融媒体舆情引导平台与机制,抵御新形态信息污染对高校大学生价值观教育的冲击。
The continuous development of AI deep forgery technology has provided intelligent applications for news,education,entertainment and other fields,but the technology alienation caused by its abuse has also brought the risk of new forms of information pollution,thus causing uncontrollable cyberspace security and ideological governance problems,which will have a huge impact on college students’value education.Based on the interdisciplinary perspective,taking the collaborative governance of technology as the breakthrough of countermeasure research,this paper puts forward the establishment of a data-driven normalized countermeasure system,which integrates judgment,early warning,avoidance,prevention and resistance together.Combining AI and big data technology,this paper develops judgment and early warning mechanism for ideological risk in colleges and universities,creates avoidance and prevention mechanism for the risk of new information pollution,expands ideological discourse space in colleges and universities,and establishes platform and mechanism for guiding public opinion with media convergence in colleges and universities,so as to resist the impact of new information pollution on college students’value education.
