摘要
采用层叠烧结法制备多孔TC4钛合金,并对其显微结构进行表征。通过对比多孔和实体钛合金表面的成骨细胞黏附和铺展情况以及细胞毒性测试结果,研究了多孔钛合金表面的生物活性并探讨了其作用机制。结果表明:层叠烧结多孔钛合金呈现规则的网孔结构,孔隙尺寸在一百到几百微米之间,满足骨长入要求。多孔钛合金无毒,较实体钛合金具有更好的生物相容性。
Porous TC4 titanium alloy was prepared by a stacked-forced-sintering method,and its microstructure was characterized.By comparing the adhesion and spread of osteoblasts on the surface of porous and solid titanium alloy and the results of cytotoxicity test,the biological activity on the surface of porous titanium alloy and its mechanism were studied.The results showed that the stacked-forced-sintered porous titanium alloy exhibited regular mesh structure,and the pore size was between one hundred and several hundreds of microns,which met the requirements of bone ingrowth.Porous titanium alloy is non-toxic and has better biocompatibility than solid titanium alloy.
