摘要
目的分析系统性护理用于反流性食管炎患者的护理效果。方法从2018年1月~2021年12月期间因反流性食管炎入院的患者内选择76例,根据护理形式分组,即实验组与对照组,各38例。对照组在临床护理中以常规护理施护,实验组在临床护理中以系统性护理施护,重点观察患者施以不同的护理措施后对护理工作的满意度及护理依从性、生活质量改善情况。结果两组比较生活质量评分,实验组得分更高,P<0.05;两组比较护理满意度及护理依从性,实验组更高,P<0.05。结论在反流性食管炎患者的临床护理中施以系统性护理措施具有确切的效果,可以改善常规护理中存在的问题,以此提升患者的临床护理满意程度以及依从性,提升患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing for patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods 76patients who were admitted to hospital due to reflux esophagitis from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the form of nursing,that is,the experimental group and the control group,38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing in its clinical nursing,and the experimental group was given systematic nursing in its clinical nursing,focusing on observing the satisfaction of patients with nursing work and the improvement of quality of life after applying different nursing measures.Results The scores of quality of life between the two groups were compared.The score of the experimental group was higher,P<0.05.The nursing satisfactions between the two groups were compared,the score of the experimental group was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion Systematic nursing measures in the clinical nursing of patients with reflux esophagitis have a definite effect,and can improve the problems existing in routine nursing,so as to improve the patient’s clinical nursing satisfaction and compliance,and improve the life of patients quality.
