摘要
网红文化有利于延展共青团工作平台,拓展工作内容,正能量网红在共青团工作中可发挥榜样示范效应。但是,网红文化的“泛娱乐性”吞噬了青年的注意力,“去思想性”扭曲了青年的价值观,“高交互性”削弱了思政教育效果。结合微团课时间短、内容精、形式活的特征,网红文化影响下微团课的创新路径在于整合网红资源,破解网红热点,培养网红教师,运用网红思维,切实增强共青团思想引领实效。
Internet celebrity culture has a dual impact on the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.The Internet celebrity culture is conducive to extending the work platform of the Communist Youth League and expanding the work content.Internet celebrities who have positive energy play an exemplary role in the work of the Communist Youth League.However,the pan-entertainment features of the Internet celebrity culture"swallow"the attention of young people.The de-ideological features"distort"the values of youths.Features of high interactivity“weaken”the effect of ideological and political education.Under the influence of Internet celebrity culture,combined with the characteristics of short time,refined content,and flexible form of micro league courses,the innovative of micro league courses lies in integrating Internet celebrity resources,cracking Internet celebrity hot issues,cultivating Internet celebrity teachers and using Internet celebrity mind to enhance the effect of the ideological guidance of the Communist Youth League.
