基于多技术多数据融合的水电环境监测管理平台建设 被引量:2

摘要 在生态文明建设和“双碳”目标的新要求下,为促进水电协调、绿色、共享发展,从流域统筹管理角度出发,对多源异构数据融合、数据校验体系等关键技术开展研究,依托云服务、GIS、物联网、移动互联、流媒体和人工智能等多技术体系,建立了水电工程全过程环境监测管理平台,解决了数据采集的难题,打通了水电工程生态环境数据监测、传输、存储、分析、应用、管理的业务链,实现了对水电工程的规划、设计、建设、运行各阶段环保措施设计、落实、运行情况的全过程智能监测,提供了一套促进水电工程的高质量与可持续发展的全新解决思路。经黄河上游梯级和丰满水电站试点工程验证,该平台具备良好的推广与应用价值。 Under the new requirements of ecological civilization construction and carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,and in order to promote the coordinated,green and shared development of hydropower,the key technologies such as external multi-source heterogeneous data fusion and data verification system are studied from the perspective of overall watershed management,and a whole-process environmental monitoring and management platform for hydropower engineering is established by relying on the multi-technology system like cloud services,GIS,Internet of Things,mobile internet,streaming media and artificial intelligence.This platform technically solves the problem of data collection,realizes the business chain of monitoring,transmission,storage,analysis,application and management of ecological environmental data of hydropower projects,realizes the whole-process intelligence monitoring on the design,implementation and operation of environmental protection measures of hydropower projects in different stages of planning,design,construction and operation,and provides a new solution to promote the high quality and sustainable development of hydropower projects.The pilot projects of cascade stations in the upper reaches of Yellow River and Fengman Hydropower Station have verified that the platform has good popularization and application value.
