摘要
文章基于2009—2020年省级面板数据,采用耦合协调度模型和莫兰指数,实证分析绿色技术创新与经济增长质量的关系。结果表明:中国绿色技术创新与经济增长质量耦合协调度呈现波动增长态势;二者耦合协调水平存在地域差异,呈东部、东北、中部与西部地区依次递减态势;中国绿色技术创新与经济增长质量耦合协调度在空间上有明显的集聚效应。据此,提出完善绿色创新资源配置、优化绿色技术创新环境、提升绿色技术创新投入等实践建议,以有效促进绿色技术创新与经济增长质量协同推进。
Based on the provincial panel data from 2009 to 2020, this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between green technology innovation and the quality of economic growth by using the coupling coordination degree model and Moran index. The results show that the coordination degree of the coupling between green technology innovation and economic growth quality in China presents a fluctuating growth trend;There are regional differences in the level of their coupling and coordination, showing a decreasing trend in the east, northeast, central and western regions;The coupling and coordination degree of green technology innovation and economic growth quality in China has obvious agglomeration effect in space. Based on this, this paper puts forward some practical suggestions, such as improving the allocation of green innovation resources, optimizing the environment for green technology innovation, and increasing the investment in green technology innovation, so as to effectively promote the coordinated promotion of green technology innovation and the quality of economic growth.
